Inside-bcn is an alternative accommodation option in Barcelona. Charming, fully-equipped apartments for rent by the day or the week.

Our apartments are located in the Born neighbourhood, where the historic and the modern intertwine, catering for food lovers, followers of fashion and culture vultures. And just a stone's throw from the Rambles and the Barceloneta beaches.

| 5|  Prices
Prices vary according to the number of guests and size of the apartment but range between ?85 and ?150 (7% VAT not included). Discounts will be given for stays longer than a week.

| 6|  Services Included in Rental Cost
The apartment rental includes:
  • A basic 'welcome pack' containing the essentials to get you started, i.e. mineral water, tea, olive oil, salt, etc.
  • A weekly cleaning service, which includes a change of sheets and towels
  • Air-conditioning / heating
  • TV
  • Iron and hairdryer
  • Cots and high chairs for kids
  • If necessary, we can lend you a divish mobile phone with a pre-paid card

| 7|  Optional Services Not Included in Rental Cost
To make your stay with us as comfortable as possible, we also provide the following services:
  • Special welcome packs
  • Baby-sitting service
  • Additional cleaning services
  • Home catering service
  • Bicycle rental
  • Hiring of tour guides
  • Massage service
  • Purchase of tickets

| 8|  Making Reservations

We shall reply within 24 hours of receipt of your application, informing you of the apartment's availability and total rental cost as well as instructions as to how to complete the reservation (advance payment, etc).

| 9|  Method of Payment
To secure the reservation, you must pay 30% deposit of the total rental cost in advance. Such payment may be made by credit card or bank transfer to our account: IBAN (International Bank Account Number): ES18-0075-0127-3606-0050-6270; Swift Code: POPUESMM. In the latter case, you should give us prior notice so that the payment is effective. You may pay the balance, as well any additional charges, in cash or by credit card upon arrival at our office.

|10| Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you should have to cancel your reservation, either entirely or partially, please bear in mind that you should notify us no later than four weeks prior to the rental date. In such case your deposit will be returned in full. If notice of cancellation is received between three and four weeks prior to the rental date, the 30% deposit is forfeited.

If notice of cancellation is received between two and three weeks prior to the rental date, the 30% deposit is forfeited and an additional 30% of the total rental cost is liable to be paid. If notice of cancellation is received two weeks or less prior to the rental date, the entire rental cost is liable to be paid.

|11| Internet
All the apartments have 24 hour ADSL connection. The Esparteria apartments have a wire connection while Vidreria has Wi-Fi (for which your computer should have Wi-Fi capability).

|12| Telephone
The apartments do not have landlines. However, we can lend you a divish mobile phone with a pre-paid card for the duration of your stay.

|13| Sheets & Towels
Clean sheets and towels are provided in the apartments.

|14| Cleaning of the Apartment
The apartments are cleaned on a weekly basis (including a change of sheets and towels), which is included in the price. Should you require additional cleaning services, simply notify us in advance.

|15| Children
Should you intend to bring children, please inform us when making your reservation. Cots and high chairs are available on request, as is a baby-sitting service by prior arrangement.

|16| Check-in
You may check-in from 3 pm. If you arrive prior to the check-in time and the apartment is not ready for occupancy, you may store your luggage in the office while you set off to explore the city. An additional charge of ?25 applies to check-ins later than 9 pm.

|17| Check-out
You are requested to vacate the apartment before 12 pm on the day of departure. If necessary, you may store your luggage in the office until your departure time from Barcelona.

|18| Getting Around
The apartments are easily accessible by public transport. The nearest metro stops are Jaume I and Barceloneta. Several bus lines leave from Pla de Palau, just 50 metres away, which will bring you to different places in the city.

|19| Code of Conduct for Guests
It is imperative you abide by a code of conduct which is respectful of others in the building and the neighbourhood. You should be particularly careful with the volume of the television, music and late night conversations. Care should also be taken with the apartment furnishings and appliances. Should guests fail to compy with this condition, INSIDE-BCN reserves the right to cancel the reservation, in which case the guest is liable to pay for the entire stay and waives any right to consideration.

|20| Pets
In principle, pets are not allowed in INSIDE-BCN apartments.

|20| Safety Regulations
You are responsible for your personal belongings and valuables during your stay. INSIDE-BCN does not accept any liability in the event of loss or theft. For precautionary measures, it is essential that i) you lock the apartment (two turns of the key), and ii) you are wary of pickpockets, particularly in areas with large numbers of tourists. The neighbourhood in which we are located is not dangerous but it is better to be cautious.
